Practical information

The train is the fastest and most convenient way to reach the conference venue from Copenhagen Airport. Direct regional trains to Copenhagen Central Station (Københavns Hovedbanegård) run approximately every 10 minutes, and the journey takes about 15 minutes. Villa Copenhagen is located right next to the central station.

It is also possible to take the metro from the airport; however, this option requires a transfer and takes longer. For that reason, we recommend choosing the regional train for a quicker and more direct journey.

From Copenhagen Airport, you can take Bus 5C towards 'Husum Torv'. The journey to Hovedbanegården (Copenhagen Central Station) takes about 35 minutes. From there, Villa Copenhagen is located just across the street—less than a 3-minute walk.

Villa Copenhagen is located approximately 20 minutes from Copenhagen Airport by car. Taxis are available directly outside the airport. A taxi from the airport typically costs around DKK 300–350 (EUR 40–47), depending on traffic and time of day.

If you arrive in your own car, please be aware that parking near Villa Copenhagen may be limited, so we suggest checking availability at your hotel or using nearby public parking facilities e.g. Q-Park Vesterport, DGI Byen Parking Garage, Apcoa Parking - Axel Towers. 

A limited number of pre-booked rooms are available at Villa Copenhagen, as well as at two nearby hotels: Wakeup Copenhagen and Scandic Kødbyen.
